A three-piece cheese knife set defined by sharp, geometric blades and elongated frosted-sage handles. Each knife is shaped for a specific cheese texture—hard, soft, and everything in between—so every wedge, wheel, and crumble meets its match. The high-polish stainless blades cut clean; the Tritan handles grip comfortably and stay cool to the touch.

Why the Wedge Set
Three Blades, Every Cheese
• Hard-cheese knife — sturdy, pointed blade drives through aged cheddar, Parmesan, Gouda.
• Soft-cheese knife — slotted, thin blade reduces surface tension so Brie, Camembert, and blues release cleanly.
• Universal knife — broad, slightly curved blade handles semi-firm styles (Manchego, Havarti, young Gouda) and doubles as a spreader.
Geometry That Works
The angled, faceted blades aren’t just visual—they concentrate force at the tip for easy penetration, then widen to slice without crushing. The elongated handles keep knuckles clear of the board and give leverage for controlled cuts.
Materials That Hold Up
• 304 stainless steel — corrosion-resistant, holds an edge, no metallic taste transfer.
• Tritan handles — BPA-free, shatter-resistant, dishwasher-safe, and frost-finished for a soft, matte grip that doesn’t slip when wet.
Gift-Ready Presentation
Ships in a matte-finish gift box with a branded sleeve. A frequent add-on to Holcomb’s Wine & Cheese Set and a staple on wedding registries.
How to Use
1. Match the knife to the cheese — hard, soft, or in-between.
2. Cut with the geometry — let the pointed tip initiate the break; the faceted face does the slicing.
3. Serve directly — the frosted handles look intentional on the board; no need to swap to a separate serving utensil.
4. Clean up — toss all three in the dishwasher (top rack). Blades stay sharp; handles stay frosted.

How to care for your Brass
Your Heirloom Brass Serving Tray / Plate is made with brass, an alloy of Zinc & Copper. Brass tends to patina over time & use. Some people might prefer a shiny & bright look or some more aged look. No matter what your preference is, care is simple and straightforward.
We recommend wiping it dry immediately after use to avoid water stains and applying a layer of coconut oil from time to time to help it age evenly and beautifully.
To clean an aged brass, mix flour & Vinegar to make a paste & rub it on the product with a soft cloth or a toothbrush.
Wash it with warm water and dry it immediately. the final step is to seal it with coconut oil. Take a small amount and wipe it off. That's all.
The white option with a 18-carat gold rim provides a sophisticated look, ideal for special occasions.
The collection includes a wide variety of pieces, such as plates, bowls, cups, salad bowls, serving platters, pitchers, dinnerware sets and bath accessories.
When your guest list grows, count on our Stinson Large Pedestal to serve the gang in style. With a smooth surface on the upper tier, food takes the center stage. Each piece is hand-cast of lead-free aluminum and finished with a food-safe antiqued brass coating. The short, rounded base remains textured as the result of the casting process, creating a captivating contrast to the polished top level.
